the breakfast featured a diverse selection, wonderful. the outdoor saltwater pool offered a lovely space for relaxation. the food quality was really good. it was a beautiful birthday touch with pancakes and a gift for my daughter.
I encountered an issue with the shower temperature, inconsistent throughout my stay. it was difficult to find a comfortable setting. The water was either too hot or too cold. this.

the hotel breakfast was great it had a wide range of choices. i also really liked the location it was excellent. the rooms were clean the bed was comfortable i had a great stay.
i found the gym small it was literally hard to turn around. the bathroom sink in my room was clogged i couldn't wash my hands properly. the receptionist was unwelcoming she had an attitude.

The location was acceptable. It was convenient for exploring the area.
My room had a couple of issues. the shower temperature was impossible to regulate, either scalding hot or freezing cold. also, the water in the bathtub didn't drain properly. I found this quite frustrating after a long day.

The bed was comfy! I slept great. The location is very good, everything is close. Mariana is lovely. She helped me plan my trip. She was warm and friendly. The sauna and pool were nice too!
My room don't had internet. I had to go to the lobby for a signal. No one resolve the issue. They only apologized. The coffee service in the room used powdered coffee instead of brewed.

the hotel had a lovely pool area. it was a real oasis. the gym was also nice. the location was great. i could walk everywhere i wanted to go in the city centre.
shower water did not maintain a consistent temperature. coffee service in the room was powdered coffee. the towel warmer was placed too high on the wall. i could not reach the top towel rung.
